On a trip down to Columbus from Michigan last year, I saw a mattress strapped to the top of a car on the highway. That didn't last long though. The ties broke, and the mattress flew off the car onto the side of the highway, with the car slowing down afterwards onto the shoulder. It was hilarious. :)
