Ive heard dry ice works...Just buy some, dampen the spot slightly (very slightly) Then place the dry ice against the dent and it should stick to the side of your vehicle. The pull out slowly. Be careful however. Make sure the dent doesnt have a crease at the end of it, make sure it is round. Goodluck.
