thats subject to popular belief :) this amp is rated at 12.5 watts x 2 @4ohms... Sounds generic correct? Well its considered a cheater amp because it is 1/4 ohm stable :) It gets up to 500 watts rms at 1 ohm. I know it still seems minor :) but wait till I finish it ;) Also I drive a std cab 96 ranger
