I had this done by Phoenix Image. They are in Rowlett, TX - not to far from some of you.

This was somewhat a bad experience - and I don't know if it was the norm or not. They say it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get your parts back, but mine took 8 weeks. There are some I know still waiting on their pieces after 10 weeks. Price was around $800 for all the pieces I had done, plus the steering wheel...
