Building Custom Box

Well Ive come to the unseen reality that my truck is not going to sell so Im going to stick with what i got and improve a few things...

So I going to build a custom sub box to house 2 10s . I already have the 2 10s, amp, new power cable and fuse... and everything basically... now i just need a new box.

So i have a few questions as i will be starting this asap!!! YOSHTIN!!!! Im gonna need your help on this.

Ok here goes? What kind of wood do you use to make it the best quality? I will need to use wood glue and nails to completely seal the box correct? Any other ideas to make sure its tight? Where can i get a power output hookup for the box that i make or should i just take it off the box i had for my 8"? I also need dimensions?

MTX audio had these dimensions for their thunderform for the 98-00 ranger... 28.5" x 12.5" x 9", but thats for 1 10. I do NOT want to adjust the seats forward at all... because im tall... and cant afford to lose the space. Also... I would like to have the 2 10s behind each of the seats... and in the middle a flat section that i will mount the amp too... Anyones help would be greatly appreciated to make this as easy as possible!
