I would recommend 17's on low profile rubber. Anything up to 17x7's would look really nice. If you are slamming it, the 17's would be perfect. 18's are possible, but I'm not sure. Anything higher than that means cutting the wheel wells, which I a lot of minitruckers do, but I wouldn't.
